Gene Wodzisz
Class of 2009. Gene became a member in 1960 and was elected to the Executive Board in 1971 and 1974. He was elected Vice President in 1978, President in 1979, and chaired the Executive Board in 1980. He was a topic presenter, a mentor for many new officials, and has worked the OHSAA State Finals. He was honored as the CFOA's "Man of the Year" in 2001. 'Geno' worked collegiately in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) and professionally in the United States Football League (USFL). He has also been inducted into the Lake Erie Basketball Officials Association Hall of Fame. In 2014, 'Geno' was presented the "Golden Deeds" award by the Greater Cleveland Football Coaches Association.
